The print on my case is off-centred, or not aligned correctly.

If you have received a CASENSE phone case and the print on the case is off-centred or not aligned correctly, please don't worry. This is a rare occurrence and can easily be fixed.

First, please double check that the case you received is the correct size for your phone model. If the case is not the correct size, it can cause the print to appear off-centred.

If the case is the correct size, please contact our customer service team at support@case-nse.com. Include your order number and a photo of the misaligned print in your email. Our team will be happy to assist you and send a replacement case if necessary.

In the meantime, you can still use the case as is or carefully remove the print and reapply it to the correct position. Please note that removing the print may cause it to become damaged and we cannot replace the print itself.
