At CASENSE you have the consumer right to return an item after 14 days of receipt of delivery. This means that you will be breaking your contract with 8th Universe Handels GmbH (CASENSE). Since you will be breaking this contract, free returns are not accepted.
All returns are subject to a flat fee for shipment and administration costs. Prior to shipping a CASENSE product back to our fufillment address, please organise a refund with us, at support@8th-universe.com.
Certain products are currently not available for returns due to the nature of the good.
For damages either during shipping, or product quality issues upon initial receipt of the product please reference the paragraph down below titled "Damages & Issues".
You can always contact us for any return questions at support@8th-universe.com.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be replaced, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) without an internal investigation. If you contact us 3 days after you receive your order we will consider any damage to the case as accidental damage, and Casense will not be liable. Please follow this procedure for damaged goods:
For Custom cases, if the design does not look the same as what you made in the designer, please follow the steps above. We will take a little more time to evaluate the issue. If we see a problem we will ship you a complete brand new case free of charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Currently, we do not accept exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with the product you have chosen we would be happy to issue you a discount for a new case that satisfies you. For this please contact support@8th-univrese.com.
